HR Foundations Package

A strong HR foundation sets the tone for your entire organization. This package is designed to help small businesses establish clear, compliant, and consistent HR practices from the start—or clean up what’s already in place.

This package may include work that is essential for establishing as a strong foundation such as: employee handbook creation, policy development and review, job descriptions and role clarity, and onboarding workflows.

Cost: Starting at $3,700

People Operations Support

Day-to-day HR questions and employee situations can quickly become overwhelming—especially without dedicated HR support. Our People Operations Support provides hands-on guidance to help you manage HR situations with confidence and consistency.

This service includes essential components such as employee relations guidance, performance management support, and PTO, attendance, and leave guidance.

Cost: $185/hr (minimum of 30 hours)

HR Systems & Process Optimization

When HR systems and processes aren’t functioning effectively, they create friction for everyone involved. This package focuses on simplifying and improving the way HR operates behind the scenes—ensuring your HR Systems Optimization supports your business rather than hindering it.

This service includes essential components such as HR system setup or cleanup, process and workflow design, data organization and documentation and system recommendations.

Cost: $185/hr (minimum of 20 hours)

Manager Toolkit

When you’re the business owner, you’re also the manager—handling hiring, feedback, performance conversations, and the tough people moments in between. The Manager Toolkit is designed to support you in that role with clear guidance and practical tools you can actually use.

This service gives you a simple, structured playbook for managing people confidently and consistently—whether you’re the only manager today or preparing to support others as your business grows.

Cost: $200/hr (no minimum hours)

Administrative Services Support

Our strategic, hands-on support empowers small business owners to step away from daily administrative demands and concentrate on their core operations. We act as an extension of you—managing priorities, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth operations, so nothing falls through the cracks.

This service is beneficial for business owners who handle everything themselves and need support without the commitment of hiring a full-time Office Manager.

Cost: $75/hr (minimum of 20 hours)
